Standard interview, apply online then receive call from HR to arrange for second round to meet the team.
After which got a call from HR that i got the offer.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at AXA (Warwick, RI) in May 2018
Interview
Interview consisted of a phone chat which lasted around 15 mins. Then had an interview with one of the advisors that lasted about 45 mins asking about my interests and why I wanted to work there. There was a third interview where I went in and the advisor told me more about the position and offered me the job.
