the interview consisted of an interview with other software engineer currently working and an exam which makes general questions about java and programming, mostly definitions and concepts in multiple choice forms, the hard part is to program in the sheet of paper just with pseudo-code to probe that you have the skills to programs most of the questions are about java OO, struts and other frameworks involved, the interview has questions about your level of English, frameworks you might had used like maven,spring and hybernate and working methodologies like RUP and scrum.

It was great, had a wonderful time with recruiter and I gave my best to answer all the questions . It was for about 20 minutes.
