Interview
There was a phone interview that was more of a meet and greet with some technical questions asked. Then I was brought in and met the client and the business rep for the company and interviewed with both of them at the same time. After that I was interviewed over the phone by the technical manager and asked some technical questions. Then I was presented with an offer for the job.

Interview included review of work history and questions regarding ability to work within both project teams and on solo engagements. The process itself included me responding to an advertisement, being screened by the recruiter over the phone, then flying to a project team site and interviewing with members of the project team and their leadership.
