Interview
The interview process consisted of phone interviews with HR, 1:1's with an SVP and an Area VP in my region, and several follow-ups. These interviews were informational/behavioral in nature (nothing too technical) and allowed for a balanced two-way dialogue about the company, the position, and my background/qualifications. The overall process took about 3-4 weeks from initial contact to offer acceptance.
