Contacted via campus jobs website after submitting a resume. Filled out an online profile. It was a behavioral interview although a few questions were asked about Finance as a profession. Work culture seemed pretty laid back and the interviewer was an alum from my university. A lot of the time, I was given the opportunity to just discuss items on my resume.
