I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2008
Interview
The interview took the whole day, around 8 hours. First I interviewed with two potential co-workers, then the Director, then a manager from a different department, met with an HR rep for questions, and then finally an interview with the supervisor. It is a long day, be prepared to answer questions in the STAR format (situation, task, action, result), and be prepared for some stress questions.

Interview
One-on-one remote interviews with multiple members of the team, with a writing assessment at the end. They told me during the interview and over email that I would receive a response within the week about their decision. I waited for over a week and even sent out follow up emails, with absolutely no response or even an attempt to respond. It has now been over a month with no response. Highly unprofessional

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Fremont, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was hired by 3 people: my future boss, his manager, and a subject matter expert that I would be working with closely. My future boss asked his own questions while his manager stuck to the standard questions provided by Human Resources. The subject matter expert did not have much to add as the previous 2 interviewers covered most of the requirements of the available position.
