The recruitment process contains of several stages. A week after submitting application letter, I was called for logical and verbal (English test). Passing those tests I went to focussed group discussion at the same date. Few days later I was invited to join panel interview with senior managers (3 people) and was called for psycotest an 1:1 interview on few days after that day.

Had to do writing test for 30 minutes, then one-on-one interview. There were 2 interviewers, very nice and friendly. Got a call from CIMB after 2 weeks. Had to answer few questions (phone screening i guess) and waited for another 2 weeks for the result.
