Interview
After applying online, I was so excited because I was called within 24 hours. They set up a time for me to come to the store and get interviewed. The interview was easy, but in the middle of the store isle (weird?) Next they set up a skills test for the next week. The manager told me the best way to describe it was like the ACT and I laughed and said, "yeah right!" It was harder. 9 parts with about 6 to 7 minutes for each section. No calculator! You have a section about synonyms, spelling, alphabetizing, and reading for comprehension. Then it went on to the 5 sections of math. It contained long division, multiplication problems, tough compound and interest story problems, and a Suduko type of problems. Overall I can say that the clerical test kicked my butt and I just graduated high school (passing algebra, algebra 2, geometry, and college algebra) Good Luck!
very relaxed. No hard questions. Just wanted to see if you were a decent human being or not. Was mostly concerned with my schedule as a student and how fitting work into my schedule would work out.

Interview
Call you in and ask you questions about your life and why you want to work there. Very nice interview process, nothing too difficult or hard to do. Even ask you some fun questions about personal interests
