This was possibly one of the most unusual interviews I have ever had. The store manager was overwhelmed with applications, so he chose to conduct interviews with 6 possible candidates at once. We all stood in the middle of the store, right under the speaker, and asked us questions. We randomly, not in order, answered the questions. It was apparent from the beginning who he was planning on hiring, so it really was more of a one to one interview with that person. One of the questions asked was, "If you had 10 billion dollars, what would you do with it?" I thought this was a very strange question to ask during an interview. Overall, I felt that this was the worst way to get to know anything about a person and hard to judge based on the questions.
