its was very professional and articulate. Everything was done as said including keeping time (punctuality) .First impression really matters so whatever you wear say or do on the first day will really determine if you will get the job or not.

you are ask a series of situational questions which they grade you on. just want to make sure you take your time and completely answer the question. ask questions if needed and don't worry about the lack of eye contact you get from them as they are writing. make sure to stay professional and away form slang.
