The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hallmark in Mar 2010
Interview
As a candidate for an editorial internship, I had to fill out a portfolio. The portfolio consisted of several writing and editing exercises that I would have to have the skills to complete during my time there. After they reviewed my portfolio, I was offered a phone interview, and after that was offered the job.
In person, they were very personable and I didn’t feel intimidated when I went in. It was a typical interview where it started off talking about yourself and lead into situational questions
