I was introduced to the managed by a ex colleague so the interview might not be as formal as other people may have been through.
During the interview, there are many predefined questions (I think it's from the HR) regarding your personality and management/interpersonal communication skill.

Interview
interview process have 2 stages with 2 technical rounds.
both the rounds have detailed technical questions including the previous work related and generic topics.
And the Manger round is of Technical and Compensation both
I applied on 2020 , it was face to face two technical round and followed by HR round process was smooth interview was easy.
Same day got offer after discussion.
Two rounds of Interview process 1 is a Technical round about our Skill set followed by HR Managerial round about past experiences with old work and discussion on salary package
