Had my first interview for interning at KPMG. On the day of the interview I discovered that I had failed the test on two of the three points. However, I managed to pass on to the second round. For me this was the first time that a company values the capabilities and qualifications of a person more than mundane IQ test results. Thumbs up KPMG! Hope that I will be able to pass the second round too....

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.
