Interview
Phone screen was by the book, and had specific questions on who you knew and where you would find the mass affluent clients. Dry interview. Documentation was very detailed and provided in advance. The recruiters have specific questions they ask and want you to have good connections and start feeding clients to them.
The interview process included a phone call with a recruiter followed by a meeting with the VP of PMD program. Then there was a test and a meeting with the office’s MD and VP of the PMD program. I was then asked to prepare a business plan which I presented to several VPs in a final round interview.

Applied Online. I am scheduled to have a phone interview within the next week. The overall process has taken longer than I wanted it to. Email correspondence has been lagging to say the least.

Interview
Applied online and had a video interview followed by Two in person Interviews- One with Performance Manager, basic behavioral questions and reviewing resume. Also reviewed the position job duties and responsibilities. Second with panel discussing business plan and additional questions.
