The interviews were mostly focused on current abilities and mostly focused on reasons for taking the job.
The most common question was "Why do you want to work at this specific position for this specific group?" and "Do you know system X well"? (where X is a department-specific system).
I think the days of "hiring for the company" instead of "hiring for the position" are gone.

Interview was held over Teams and it was a straightforward process. The HR and Hiring Manager were very pleasant and they made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the interview.

Easy process not too difficult. Standard interview. Few basic questions. How you relate to the role. Fast feedback. Didn't receive offer, when through two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience and would certainly applied again. Recommended.
