Interview with HR went very good although she was rushed and unprepared. She didn't even review my resume or background before the interview. As soon as the hiring manager saw me it was all over. He was cold and distracted. I believe it was due to my age (over 50). I never had a chance with him.

Onsite interview with 3 of my would be managers. After the interviews i spoke with HR and they took roughly two weeks to discuss and get back to me. IT was around a holiday and that was the cause for the longer process

I had one brief 30 min phone interview reviewing over past internships and projects. The interviewer reviewed over projects and the works I did in detail and asked questions about my work.

Interview
Brief phone interview followed by several 30 minute interviews with engineers. Very well organized, typical behavioral interview but once I started talking about relevant topics they strayed away from the typical questions and let me talk and ask them questions.
