Interview
Had a phone interview and follow 1:1 meetings with 3 people. Most of the team (including the group VP) were new, having been there less than 1 month. They were very positive about changes they were making, however I still got the impression they had a lot of obstacles before they could make it a positve work culture. They had a history of high turnover and I think they need to settle in for awhile. I would rate each of my interviewers an A, B, C . There were a lot of interruptions and late starts, so after a while, it felt like they were just distracted and not really interested in my background.

Excellent Interview Process- Very Efficient with getting candidates through the process. Wen through interview steps quickly. Didn't waste time. Very one on one with the process. I enjoyed the the process.

Interview
Initial Interview - I was contacted by a sourcer who conducted a short interview. The following day I received a call from the manager for a phone screening which took 30 minutes.
On-Site interview - I was given an interview schedule ahead of time and the interviews were to last 3 hours. I interviewed with 5 people from coordinators to managers and questions ranged from career objectives to tell me about yourself to specific knowledge about the position. The interviewers were friendly and approachable during the interview.
A week later, I sent them a follow up email and was told that they have other candidates that they want to consider before making a decision and will keep me updated on the process. I'm still waiting for the update.
