Procter & Gamble Consumer & Market Knowledge Manager Interview

Posted Feb 10, 2010 2 of 2 people found this helpful

No Offer – Interviewed in Geneva (Switzerland) Feb 2010 – Reviewed Feb 10, 2010

Interview Details – I started off applying to a career fair, and P&G invited me to do a 'Managerial ability' test and a 'logical reasoning test', both on-line and before being invited to speak to them at the career fair. I passed those and was invited to do another IQ and logical reasoning test (65 minutes test) at the fair, which included mathematical issues and figures (guess what the fifth figure will be etc). I passed that one and had a 40-minute chat/orientational interview with a P&G manager. To him I indicated my country and department of interest and within 2 weeks I got an invite to do a panel interview with them at the Geneva headquarters. The interview consisted of 3 different people, straight after another and each taking about an hour. The whole process went rather smoothly, and the people were very friendly and informal (first name, no business casual on their side).
