Interview
I had previous grocery experience, so the interview was easy. The interviewer didn't ask me any questions, I just filled out the paperwork and took a saliva test. Small talk occurred.

Are you okay with being in the union? It is required to be an employee at Ralphs.
I first got an email to talk to an HR rep on the phone. They asked simple questions about customer service mostly. Then I got an email to go to the actual store for another interview. There I was asked about the job and the responsibilities. Very easy interviews
Asked about how I work with others and handle tasks. Was quite straight forward and brief. Discussed availability and customer service skills, and possibly a background check before a hiring decision is made.
You ask for the hiring manager and you go into the office. You sit down and then they start asking you questions on how would you react to certain situations. It was very easy.
