Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Toronto, ON (Canada) Jun 2011 – Reviewed Dec 7, 2011
Interview Details –
Typically you will get a call from one of their recruiters to screen you and make sure you at least know a little about selling and the company. From here you will likely go in for 1.5 hours of interviews (3, 30 minute interviews back to back to back.) You will have a good idea if you had a positive interview at the end of these three...management is usually pretty easy to read.
Definitely do your research about the company and know some of their product/values.
If you get/accept the offer be prepared for nothing but headaches from a company called HireRight for the background check (they asked me to scan my degree which was framed and larger than an average scanner anyway.)
