I submitted my resume online to Salesforce. About a month later Sales force conducted on campus interviews for new grads.
The interview was 1 on 1 with s developer who introduced himself and immediately jumped into technical questions. The first few were on specifics of Java and the later ones were more algorithmic ones that I had to write code for.
I wasn't given much time to figure out the algo questions and as soon as I didn't get the questions immediately the interviewer nudged me in the right direction. This was probably my downfall.
I'd suggest knowing your basic interviews coding questions down pat before interviewing here.
