Applied with CV at a job fair at university and was given a date to attend interview. First stage was a selling challenge that involved role play to evaluate selling skills. After that there was a 1:1 interview with the usual competency based questions.

Straight forward, customer-first centric, 3 stage process: Scenario questions at application stage, video interview (record & submit), & face-to-face interview.
Most questions are seeing how you would put the customer first in scenarios & going beyond for customer service.

that required a lot of thinking and problem solving. But the interviewer was super nice and made me feel super comfortable but I think I should have practiced abit more
