Question 1
Estimate the number of cell phones sold every year in the US
I had a phone screening in early January and was given an Excel assessment to complete. Completed it and sent it back to the recruiter. Then I was GHOSTED and emailed twice over two weeks for a check in and if I wasn’t moving on to please let me know. It’s the professional thing to do.

Zoom meeting with two directors high level conversations
Lovely introductory call with both recruiters, easy behaviorals and questions about the role. No in depth technical questions, just some general company fit and experience questions. Ghosted afterwards, with no follow-up other than a rejection email.
