I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TCF (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was very quick. The interviewer seemed like he was all over the page, and after my interview with him, he immediately asked if I'd like to interview with the manager, which completely threw me off. Not only that, he also wanted to role play-which I was not expecting. From the interview itself, I did not want to do the job but I was desperate and figured I can handle it, which was a big mistake on my part. With the interview with the manager, he had set questions printed, which is standard, and he did not seem interested whatsoever. It was very bland, and he was doing it just do it.
