I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2011
Interview
I applied online after meeting a campus recruiter at the job fair. After that, I received a phone call to set up my first interview, which was a week later at a local Target store. I requested feedback after the interview and received a phone call the next day to set up a second interview. My second interview was with a panel interview with the district manager and the human resources manager. I was called a week and a half later to set up a third phone interview and got the internship!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (East Lansing, MI) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was a very quick process. There was a phone call and emails prior to the interview, followed by more communication shortly after. It was a smooth and quick process. I really enjoyed it.

Question 1
They asked about previous leadership experience that I had.
easy - very conversational, one round and discussions with interviewer and recruiter, which was nice and felt at ease during the whole process; did a lot of research ahead of time

Interview
First I met with someone at a career fair and gave them my resume. It was awhile before I heard anything, but then I got an email to select and interview time with a store director. Shortly after that I got scheduled on a phone call with my recruiter and was extended an offer.
