Interview
The interview began with a walk through within the Target store. Be sure to notice any minor details because they will ask you what you would like to change or improve on in this particular Target later.
After the walk through, we proceeded into (2) 1:1 and (1) 2:1 interviews. It was a bit exhausting because majority of the questions asked for examples/stories on how you handled situations. All the answers should include: situation, action, result.
Be sure to stress their culture: Fun, Fast, and Friendly.
Smile a lot and show that you are able to work effectively with everyone. Although the interviewer gave me props for mingling with other co-workers while waiting in between interviews, she said that I came off as too intense from the beginning. She explained that being a team leader, it is important that your team is comfortable approaching you with any suggestions or concerns. Therefore, show off your ability to get along with everyone.
In conclusion, be a strong leader who takes accountability and effectively communicates with all team members. Be friendly and smile plenty to everyone as soon as you step into the store.

Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.
Got an email from a screener to connect
The process was about 30 minutes long. Then a recruiter called me for a phone interview, which was also 30 minutes.she then emailed m an application to fill out.
