An unexpected phone interview lasting ten minutes. At first the questions were very general, asking about my background, what I expect from this position, and why I wanted to work for target. She asked one situational question, then asked if I had any questions...

It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.

had the first interview but I know there were three steps in total. When I got scheduled for the next round it was the technical interview with a panel of three team members from their IT department. I did not move on to the final and third round interview.
