The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (East Lansing, MI) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview process with Target was pretty straight-forward. Aside from the basic 30-Minute Behavioral Interview, the recruiter was very nice and conducted the Interview in an informal, friendly manner. The whole process proceeded like a conversation rather than an interview. Questions were basic. The only negative was after the interview process, having to fill-out an additional half-hour of paperwork for applications already filed online.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer or co-worker?
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.

Interview
had the first interview but I know there were three steps in total. When I got scheduled for the next round it was the technical interview with a panel of three team members from their IT department. I did not move on to the final and third round interview.
