I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2010
Interview
The process starts off very fast when talking with the recruiter, but comes to halt as you start your series of endless interviews with every member of the region and division teams. I am 3 months into the process and working on my 7th interview. Each interview takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to set up and an additional week after to get any feedback on if you made the cut.
A little disappointed that it is taking so long and still no offer for an area that is in need of serious management help.Often appears that the recruiter and memebers of the interviewing community are not on the same page as relates to next steps.
The Interview Process overall was not too hard and not too easy. It was a 3 round interview process first starting with a phone screening and ending with a Zoom call interview. A very smooth overall process.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was overall good, they essentially told me they have someone lined up for the position which made me not really want to complete the interview, but the questions they asked were at least good practice

Tell me about a recent project you completed that you took lead on.
Went to UCF interview training. The trainer said she would've hired me if she was able to but wasn't due to not being able to snipe talent as she was there to help interviewees gain the skills.
