Got this interview through a university career fair. First was an informal 1-1 interview; next day 1-1 formal interview consisting of nearly all behavioral questions, fairly straightforward. After receivign an offer, I had a final "interview" to determine location and position palcement. All in all a good experience. Offers mostly based on personality and perception of intelligence.
