Interview
I interviewed for a cashier position at Tom Thumb, and the process was straightforward. The interview was conducted in person and lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer primarily focused on my availability, asking about my schedule and flexibility. There were a few general questions about my experience and customer service skills, but overall, it felt relaxed and informal. I appreciated the direct approach, which made it easy to discuss my potential fit for the role. Overall, a simple and efficient process!
