Got phone interview around 30 min. It was technical with behavioral questions. The Hiring Manager state that the next step was another phone interview or a plant visit. 2 month later I receive the offer with a short period of a start date. I tried to negotiate the starting date since no relocation was offered (non negotiable) and they didn't allow me to start 2 weeks later. I decline the offer because that shows me how flexible the company is with their employees.

Talked with a hiring manager and then she asked me a few questions about my previous experience, senior design project and then some to find about my character. She was pleasant and took a lot of notes. Infused the company's values in my answers.
