Interview
did not take a resume as had been self employed for a number of years. was not familiar with questions
asked and was not sure how to answer them. i attended a work fair with a number of other people and was given a short interview and never heard from them. any advice would be appreciated.

what was a difficult situation i encountered and how did i resolve it
Went to location, told them I had an interview, took me to the back and asked me mostly situational questions and about my availability. Pretty nice interviewer but could tell they were looking for someone competent and confident. Pretty easy if you are a self assured person and know your experience well.
In person interview went well felt comfortable. I had to physically go to the location. I was brought to the office and asked a series of situational questions. The whole interview from start to finish took about thirty minutes max
Very smooth and clear interview process. We got to see the main TJX office, which was very inspiring as an upcoming employee, and all the interview staff were so kind and caring.
