Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 2 weeks)

The process started with an email from a Yahoo recruiter looking for software engineers, and while happy at my current job, I at least wanted to see what Yahoo had to offer. After the phone interview with a hiring manager and another developer that went well, they requested that I come out to Sunnyvale for an in person interview. They paid for everything, airfare, car rental, and a nice hotel. The interview lasted ~3.5 hours and I met with a development team and some other business people. The interview mostly consisted of white-board coding and a few questions about my experience.
