Pros

Dynamic Company that is growing in the marketplace. They have a young leadership in SR Management. They think out of the box. Thhey are continuing to grow in this marketplace. Thhey are very fluid, sometimes too fluid.

Cons

Being located in St. Louis but the employeees here are very friendly and professional. Everyone helps each other in the office and outside the office for newcomers to the area.

I'd be interested to know what level of experience forms the basis of this positive review of ESI. I suspect that this is someone who is new to the workforce, and certainly very new to ESI.
