Good source of hours for a part time job during tax season. Provides you with valuable experience that can be applied to personal tax returns.
Cons
Not a lot of useful training, we were essentially hired guns for the heavy part of tax season.
Advice to Senior Management
Get more coordinated/ better communicate logistics to the lower levels.
