Pays well.
Office is in a nice area.
Nice gym membership.
Challenging projects.
The people are generally very nice and friendly
Cons
Cubicles, no private office unless you are very high up.
Cafeteria food is pretty bad.
Can get pretty busy sometimes.
Advice to Senior Management
Sick days count against vacation. Need to improve on retaining people.
