    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good Benefits. Much of the technical work is interesting and cutting edge. Highly ethical culture. Ability to work with intelligent people / experts in various fields.

    Cons

Lack of agility, inability to adapt to changing environmental / economic conditions. Moves into adjacent markets generally failing. Bureaucratic organization. Management layers still not right sized after extensive trimming. Lack of career opportunities to most people due to shrinking revenue and company size.

    Advice to Management

New blood in executive ranks might revitalize some stodgy old ways. Improve Human Capital Management practices, which generally lag the industry and will cripple opportunities to grow in the next boom cycle.
