Pros
There are no reasons to stay with this company. They management lack leadership and it is a constant circle of lies and misguided truths
Cons
Lack of putting people first
Compensation is not competive in todays market
There is a constant layer of Bueocracy in this company. Your manager you report to may not even be familiar with your job function
Advice to Senior Management
Treat your people fairly. They are your biggest asset. One day that same person may be your boss and you will wish you had. Allow your team or employees to be able to communicate what in fact they need and going on within your department

Finally someone puts my feelings into words. Run as far away as you can fast! There are too many of my smart friends that stayed, got married, hard children, bought houses and are now, simply put, stuck! I just imagine what they could have been or achieved in life if it wasn't for their unfortunate choice in employer.
Run!!!!!
