Employee Assistance Program

The program is what makes it a decent company.

I've enjoyed being able to go back to school with these programs

EAP available at no extra cost

Average. Never used it but it is average at best.

This I will say they had....they even had a program that if you were too drunk to drive home they would send a company out to get you home. Talk about assistance...That is because they are so low on employees they still need you at work the next day so you don't add to the 4-6 people that already quit last month.
