Work From Home

Learning.com is a remote first company. This means working remotely is the primary option for most Learning.com employees. Learning.com's Portland office is available for those who chose to work in office. 

Why remote first?  Following the stay-at-home restrictions imposed by COVID-19, Learning.com conducted several employee pulse surveys regarding remote work. The majority of our employees preferred working remotely due to reduced commute times, increased flexibility, increased productivity, and better balance of life.

We also discovered that being remote work improved communication, engagement, and collaboration throughout the company as it put all employees in an even playing field.  It has also allowed us to expand our hiring pool and attract and retain a more diverse workforce as well as support our employees to work where they work best.
