562 employees reported this benefit
Lockheed Martin offers medical coverage to its employees.
Like most U.S. companies this is an chopping block target. Past compensation packages where extremely great (union), but the current attempt is to cut cost due to high salaries and this benefit is directly in the bullseye.

The only improvement this year is the company has finally acknowledged that they cannot pry employees away from Kaiser and has made that a permanent option.
High Deductible Plans Only. If you're single and not sick, it's cheap. Otherwise you pay a lot out of pocket before any insurance kicks in. Continued trend of less and less benefits to employees compared to the management and surround companies.
Health insurance is the worst. Huge deductible and minimum coverage

Expensive, only high-deductible options available.
It's standard health insurance. Nothing out of this world.
The family health options at my level (4) are costing $109/week for a high deductable plan. Before any benefits kit in, an individual has to meet an almost $2000 deductable
Health Insurance is changing next year, so it may improve or may not.
High deductibles but otherwise good options
