Like most U.S. companies this is an chopping block target. Past compensation packages where extremely great (union), but the current attempt is to cut cost due to high salaries and this benefit is directly in the bullseye.

The move to high deductible plans-only has been met with significant backlash from the employee population. StarStarStarStarStar Current Systems Engineer in Sunnyvale, California

High Deductible Plans Only. If you're single and not sick, it's cheap. Otherwise you pay a lot out of pocket before any insurance kicks in. Continued trend of less and less benefits to employees compared to the management and surround companies.

    Expensive, only high-deductible options available.

  • Oct 18, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Systems Engineer in Grand Prairie, Texas

It's standard health insurance. Nothing out of this world.

  • Oct 18, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Subcontract Program Manager Associate in Liverpool, New York State

The family health options at my level (4) are costing $109/week for a high deductable plan. Before any benefits kit in, an individual has to meet an almost $2000 deductable

  • Oct 13, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Engineer in Orlando, Florida

Health Insurance is changing next year, so it may improve or may not.

  • Oct 04, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Software Engineer in Herndon, Virginia

High deductibles but otherwise good options
