Progressive employees can choose health insurance plans and features most suitable for them.
Costs keep increasing, however not company's fault.
Health Insurance is great they cover 83% of premium if you are full time.
Expensive copays and the mail order pharmacy they use is horrible. I've been using CVS caremark for a little over a year and ever single time I call in I have to speak with a supervisor. Also there prescription copays are high as well.
Good standard deductible plan for you and your family
Alright, Kaiser is kind of a pill pushing fix you place. So if a pill can't fix it they don't really look any further
I have had no issues with coverage and feel grateful that I have had the opportunity to receive this benefit
High deductible plans, no real co-pay options
Progressive offered standard health insurance plans, the onsite medical facilities were nice to use.
Aetna plan is a joke for a company this size. The kind of high deductible plan you'd find in a small mom and pop company. When they had Cigna, everything was great. I guess the right palms got greased to switch to this plan.
Premiums could be cheaper, but coverage is good.
