      Cons

Worked in one of the busiest stores in WA and staff concerns were always pushed to the side. I was employed in desperation so they fast tracked my application and I didn’t even complete all the necessary training. Night shift was absolutely hellish as we worked alone so we had an excessive amount of tasks to complete that were almost always impossible to finish as we were constantly tending to late night customers. Night rules were implemented for safety reasons but a lot could be done if we had another person available during that shift. Lots of toxicity between workers and even management at time and I always found it hard to switch off when I wasn’t working as we had a team group chat that was constantly buzzing.
