No work life balance. Senior manager has a tendency to push subordinates to work in night after all day outdoor routine activities. Specifically on Friday evening used to push to be online in late night and work which normally affects personal time of refreshments and surprisingly that continues till Saturday also and in any weekends. Late night work can happen during month-end situations but not most of the weekend of the month. Again from Monday morning working starts. Very very claustrophobic environment to work.
