The supervisors are pretty nice

They claim they have benefits, though the package I received is for Senior benefits. Upon contacting, they did not help or get me my benefits. I didn't get my W2 in time, they threw a fit over a doctors note for a 2 day absence when the law is after 3 days, and even told me to my face that we shouldn't sue them because their lawyers are good because they "get sued a lot". Biggest red flag I have ever gotten from a company. Not to mention every other job around is paying about $20 an hour at starting wage because the cost of living here is so high. $17.40 is not enough. I am living paycheck to paycheck and unable to get food, so I've had to go to a food bank every week.

If you want consistency this is the place. Same schedule every week. Decent pay and benefits for what is expected of you. Your experience can vary based on the property you work at and the management that runs the property. Room for advancement but it's a slow process you have to jump through the hoops.

Politics of the job, favoritism, work load can unfair especially if your new, the company revolves around seniority.

Good benefits and consistency. Had a good management team at the time of employment.

Corporate policies can be restrictive. Frequent change in leadership.
