What are perks and other benefits like at AbbVie?

Good benefits for their employees pay is pretty good compared to other companies.

Nice company if you can find a department that actually has good quality management which seems to be hard to find nowadays. If you find yourself in a position where the management is not good you’re going to be disappointed and looking elsewhere soon.

Great people, good benefits, and a lot of room for growth

In my department a lot of stakeholders only wanted data that told stories that they wanted to tell. I don't think this reflects the whole company though.

Great benefits and opportunities to network within the company if you’re a full time employee. Great position to get your foot in the door

AbbVie treats contractors like they’re not apart of the team. But it also depends on what team you’re on. They tend to not keep contractors for more than 6 months to a year. Most departments do not have the budget to convert contractors to full time employees. I suggest networking and finding a full time position on a different team before the contract is up.
