      Flexibility in work life balance, good benefits, ability to travel. Technology adept organization with great training and tools at their disposal. Brand recognition.

      Cons

      After disclosing a health-related issue to my employer, my employment was terminated without notice shortly thereafter. While the company operates in an at-will state, the timing of the termination made the situation feel deeply unfair and concerning. There was no discussion of accommodations or next steps, and the decision came as a shock. This experience significantly impacted my trust in leadership and how employees are treated during vulnerable moments.
