A total loss claim needs to be very accurate, yet with the work load you're probably spending less than 10 minutes on running an evaluation, and that includes trying to look for prior damage and write an estimate on it if there is any.

Good starter company out of college if you want to gain a lot of good benefits and get an understanding of the real work life world.

You will have to exceed working over 40 hours without paid overtime to get work done since its always done wrong by others. Working with other countries is difficult as the knowledge is different and you will always have to fix what they work on because there solutions are only temporary or completely wrong. You have to develop yourself with no training. Your manager will never know your job or how to do it and you will end up losing your job. Working from home does not work and it will keep you working longer hours especially when you cant find people whom appear away for long periods of time.

HR seems confused about what practices are actually not legal in Canada. Also little to no oversight on leadership-if you get a good leader here you will have a great experience. If you get a bad one your life will be hell.

They lay off quarterly and their benefits are now about 4K for individual deductible, 9k for family and each family member can only contribute so much to the family deductible AND your prescriptions are on a separate deductible which is ALSO $4,000 a year. Absolutely ridiculous!

The product is difficult to sell at its current price point. Upper management maintains high expectations despite the product being overpriced compared to competitors. There’s significant pressure to hit monthly targets, and if you fall short, your job security is at risk by the end of the month.
