Legal is understaffed, leading to increasingly high workload and pressure. Lack of support and guidance. Individuals lacking the necessary experience and skills in people management are assigned supervisory roles.This results in a noticeable absence of effective guidance, support, communication and empathy from management. The recently implemented office attendance policy is rigid and unreasonable.

Amadeus is a great company with an inclusive and supportive culture.

I have been working here in Amadeus Gurgaon since last 7 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. There are ample opportunities for professional growth through continuous learning, training programs, and career advancement paths. The company supports and encourages employees to expand their skill sets and pursue their career goals. 3. Collaborative Environment: The work culture at Amadeus is highly collaborative. Colleagues are supportive and always willing to help. The team spirit here is fantastic, and there’s a strong sense of community and shared purpose. Cross-functional teamwork is encouraged, which allows for diverse perspectives and innovative solutions. 4. Work-Life Balance: Amadeus in Delhi has caring work environment. During Delhi peak heat, I can work from home. Working with customers from home is fine. 5. Inclusive and Diverse Culture: Diversity and inclusion are core values at Amadeus. Start up culture has its pitfalls. Work timing can be excruciating. But overall I love the place

Interesting IT problems to solve, nice people, plenty of trainings available, a lot of flexibility.

Old office building, gender & ethnic diversity in management positions, career opportunities in Germany are scarcer than other sites.

All Promotions are given only to ex-Cybage employees. Very bad diversity ratio on senior positions. All positive reviews has been falsely posted within a duration of 1 month in June. Cybage's Service based culture is followed here.
